Vol. 47 Do you have lower back pain or knee pain?
Today I would like to introduce an exercise to adjust the pelvis.

A distortion in the pelvis causes various kinds of disorders, especially muscle-skeletal disorders.
This exercise is recommended for people who have lower back pain, knee pain, stiff neck and shoulder, etc.
This exercise loosens up the tightness of the muscles in the pelvis.

Now I will explain the method of this exercise.
1. Lie on your back and flex both ankles while breathing in.
2. With the heels touching the floor, extend one ankle while breathing out. At
the same time, flex the other ankle as much as possible.
3. Stop breathing and hold this position for 10 seconds while tightening your
anus.
4. Do the same thing on the other side.
5. Repeat this 7 times for each leg.

Some people get cramps in the calves while doing this exercise, but please continue. After a while, you won't get cramps. If the cramps don't disappear, please check whether or not you are eating too much.
