Today's subject regarding joint pain continues from last time and is about what can be done when you have joint pain.
There are various conditions of joint pain, so I will talk about each of them briefly.
1. When there is heat.
When there is heat, it is effective to paste TOFU about a half a
inch thick to the area. You would want to say, gTOFU is something
to eat.h, but TOFU can remove heat when used like this. However,
please use TOFU which is room temperature, because if you use TOFU
which is just taken out of the refrigerator, it just makes the area
cold just like ice does.
2. When it is swollen.
If there is heat as well, first remove the heat with TOFU and then
apply BUCKWHEAT paste. Buckwheat paste which is made by adding
water to buckwheat will absorb the water in the swollen joint.
However, there is something very important you have to know. You
have to make the paste hard, as hard as your ear lobe, which means
using less water. Otherwise, the BUCKWHEAT paste will not absorb
the water very well in the swollen joint.
3. When there is chronic pain.
In this case, if there is no heat, it is effective to put ground
TARO or POTATO onto the joint area.
Also it is good to have a half body bath as often as possible in order
to make the blood circulation of your whole body better.
