Today I would like to introduce a breathing technique. You may want to
say, gBreathing technique? That is too common.h But please listen to me
for a moment. Usually you are asked to, gBreathe-in deeply and breathe-outh
or gBreathe with (or into) your abdomen.h It is easy to say, but actually
it is difficult to do. I will tell you the secret.
The most important thing in the breathing technique is BREATHING-OUT.
Let me repeat it.

Most people usually canft breathe deeply, because they try to breathe-in deeply. If you concentrate on breathing-out completely, you can naturally breathe-in deeply. Also, the breathing-out stimulates your PSN (Relax Nerve) and makes you relaxed.
The method everybody can be a master of breathing is as follows:
1. Open your throat as if you are yawning and breathe-out with ghaah.
2. Once breathing out with ghaah stops, breathe-out gfuuh with your mouth puckered up, like blowing out a candle.
3. Once your breathe-out with hfuuh stops, breathe-out with gfu, fu, fuh, 3 times.
4. And naturally breathe-in deeply.
Repeat this by the time you feel comfortable. This is important. Don't force yourself.@When you feel stress and try this, you feel better soon and can be relaxed.
